What is TextMail?
It is an email service using your mobile-phone, with or without a PC. Using TextMail, you can send, receive, and reply to emails wherever, whenever. Messages from addresses you approved will be “pushed” directly to your mobile phone. If you have emails that can’t wait, it is the email service for you. [back to top]

How do I use TextMail? Is it easy to use?
If you can text, you can easily use TextMail. You also control what messages you receive and pay for.

  • Sending is easy. You can type your contact’s email address or you can just compose your message and send to your contact’s contact code. A “contact code” is a 12-digit number that stands for the email address of your contact.
  • Important messages from email addresses you specify are “pushed” straight to your phone, An email message is seen as coming from a “contact code”, thus facilitating replies.
  • Replying is easy. Just press Reply in your phone, compose your reply, and press send.
  • With an AddressBook and superior anti-spam and anti-virus protection, your mailbox is not cluttered with unwelcome messages from unknown senders. [back to top]

Explain the "contact code". How its used?
The "contact code" is a 12-digit number generated by the TextMail system when you send to an email address or when you add one in your “contact list”. Each contact code stands for an email address you specified as a valid contact.  This code can be saved in the phone or SIM address book. To send a message, simply send a text message to the unique contact code assigned to that contact’s email address (the “contact code”). When a message comes in from that particular contact it appears as coming from the unique contact code. It is therefore easy to reply to the incoming message. You can also therefore write more in your reply or message since you don’t have to write the email address. [back to top]
